A simple guide
What each fee means
We want families to understand both what they are paying and what each contribution supports. Some fees cover the day-to-day learning experience, while others help us prepare for a child’s arrival or invest in the future of the school.
Programme fee
The total amount payable for the enrolment option you choose. Short-term programme fees are presented as all-in prices so families can see the full cost at a glance.
Tuition
Covers the daily learning programme, teachers, classroom experience and everyday school life. Full-year tuition can be paid annually, by semester or by term.
Enrolment Fee
Secures your child’s place and supports their arrival. Short-term enrolment is IDR 595,000. Full enrolment is IDR 3,200,000 and includes family-teacher conferences and an end-of-term progress report.
Sustainability contribution
Helps us invest in learning resources, classrooms, teachers and the long-term development of Bumi Kecil. A proportionate share is already included in short-term programme fees.
Refundable security deposit
Bumi Kecil is a young, growing school in a community where families often arrive, relocate, or change their plans throughout the year. The deposit allows us to plan ahead with confidence and reserve your child’s place throughout the school year.
Materials, excursions, books & clothing
Learning materials and excursions are included in short-term Kindergarten fees. For full-year Primary, books and clothing are charged separately.

The deposit is fully refundable at the end of your child’s enrolment, provided the agreed notice period and payment terms have been met. Kindergarten: IDR 5,720,000, equivalent to one month’s tuition. Primary: IDR 18,000,000, equivalent to one term’s tuition. Families are welcome to spread the payment over several instalments.

Drop-in classes
For visiting families and families living on the island who would like their child to join us for an individual day rather than a regular placement.

02 · Ages 3–6
Kindergarten
Families can join Kindergarten for a short stay of two weeks or longer, or enrol for the full academic year.

What is included?
Every short-term Kindergarten programme includes tuition, a proportionate Sustainability Contribution, learning materials, excursions and a healthy daily snack. The difference is the level of enrolment support included.
Includes the short-term Enrolment Fee of IDR 595,000, covering the school tour, Bumi Kecil T-shirt, onboarding and administration.
Includes the full Enrolment Fee of IDR 3,200,000, covering everything above plus family-teacher conferences and an end-of-term progress report.

Payment options
Annual, semester and term tuition payments are available. Full-year children are registered in Dapodik and receive a National Student Identification Number (NISN).
03 · Early Primary

Our Primary programme is available to visiting families for one month or one term, and to families looking for a complete academic-year placement.
